Everything you need to know about payments on our website

After you’ve decided on what to order, and filled in all your information, you have to choose the payment system you want to use. After choosing you will be redirected to a Mollie payment page, where you finish the payment of your choosing. You can pay by choosing one of the following payment systems:

– iDeal
– PayPal
– Visa Card
– Master Card
– Sofort Banking
– Bancontact
– Bank transfer
– KBC/CBC Payment Button

When your payment is confirmed in our system and the status is changed to “Processing” you will receive an e-mail confirmation. If the payment does not go through you will be informed by email about this situation.

If for any reason your payment failed to go through, you will have to reorder your products and try again. At this point, you might have received a message from our system telling you that the payment didn’t go through. It could be that the order is cancelled, If so you can re-order your products and try again.
